Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 98.
No person shall operate a skateboard on the
streets, highways or sidewalks within the territorial boundaries of
the Village of Rhinebeck.
Any person violating the provisions of § 94-1 above shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50 for each offense.
