It shall be a violation of this article for
any person to use the Village's real property to sell any item or
items of personal property, including, but not limited to, motor vehicles,
food or appliances, for a period exceeding 48 hours, without having
the written permission of the Village Board of Trustees. Exempt from
this article are sales made or offered in connection with a charitable
or fund-raising event under the auspices of the Women's Round Lake
Improvement Society or the Round Lake Auditorium.
The violation of this article is an offense
punishable by a fine of $50 for the first offense and $75 for any
subsequent offense.
