The following shall be the Township administrative
organization. Each office and department shall be under the direction
and control of the Manager:
A. Offices of Manager and Clerk.
B. Offices of Attorney and Engineer, whether as employees
or as professional contractors.
G. Office of Planning and Development.
I. Recreation Department

The internal organization of each office or
department shall be as recommended by the head thereof, within available
appropriations, when approved by the Manager, provided that changes
in personnel strength or in classification and pay plans shall require
Council approval by resolution.
