The Lavallette First Aid Squad, Inc., is hereby established and designated
as the First Aid and Rescue Squad of the Borough of Lavallette.
The purposes of this chapter are:
A.
To recognize and express an appreciation of the services
rendered and in anticipation of future services from the First Aid Squad to
the residents and visitors of the Borough of Lavallette.
B.
To include the members of the First Aid
Squad in the Borough's Municipal Workmen's Compensation Insurance
Policy or policies so that the members of said squad may, in the event of
injury to any one or more of them, be compensated under said policy or policies
as required by N.J.S.A. 24:15-74.
