[The applicability of the New York State
Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, which includes as part
thereof the State Uniform Code applicable to plumbing, was accepted
by the Town Board of the Town of Clarkstown 11-6-1952. A copy of the State Uniform
Fire Prevention and Building Code may be examined in the office of
