This submission shall include all items required for preliminary submission and the following:
(1)ย 
A final plat, to a scale not smaller than 50 feet to the inch showing the following (NOTE: Revised Addenda No. 2, adopted March 1980):
(a)ย 
All monuments, iron pipes and bench marks (existing and proposed).
(b)ย 
Street names.
(c)ย 
A house number for each lot as determined by the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.

(d)ย 
Standards of accuracy meeting Clifton Park requirements shall be noted on the map and certified by a land surveyor registered in New York State.
(e)ย 
Street name signs and stop signs. (A letter of intent to install signs in locations approved by the Highway Superintendent may be accepted as a substitute.)

(f)ย 
Standards of accuracy of elevations meeting Clifton Park requirements shall be noted on the map. The final plat shall contain the signature and seal of a professional engineer and of a land surveyor, both registered in New York State, or a qualified land surveyor under ยงย 7208, Subdivision n, of the Education Law (Note: Revised Addenda No. 2, adopted March 1980).
(2)ย 
Plan/profile of each street and utility easement, with a horizontal scale of 50 feet to the inch and vertical scale of five feet to the inch showing the following (NOTE: Revised Addenda No. 2, adopted March 1980):
(a)ย 
All pavement, stormwater management systems, sanitary sewers and waterlines with appurtenances.
(b)ย 
Pavement and utility stationing, including all horizontal and vertical control points and grades.
(c)ย 
The signature and seal of a professional engineer and of a land surveyor, both registered in New York State, or a qualified land surveyor under ยงย 7208, Subsection n, of the Education Law (Note: Revised Addenda No. 2, adopted March 1980).
(d)ย 
A North arrow.
(e)ย 
The standard title block.
B.ย 
Final plat and plan/profiles shall show all facilities which the subdivision standards require. All lettering shall be neat and legible.

In addition to the required drawings, the following documents shall be submitted as a part of the final submission:
A.ย 
Descriptions with bearings and distances, stamped by a licensed surveyor, of all land included in streets, easements, recreation areas and open space areas not specifically reserved by the owner. There may be a payment in lieu of the offer of recreation or open space areas, including parklands, as determined by the Board.
B.ย 
A certificate of adequacy of the proposed water supply and sanitary wastewater disposal system as required by the Public Health Law and/or the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
C.ย 
An estimate of construction costs for the purpose of establishing a bond or letter of credit to cover the full cost of all required improvements or a statement by the appropriate town representative certifying that all improvements have been installed and approved.
D.ย 
Protective covenants in a form for recording, including covenants governing the maintenance of unceded public spaces or reservations.
E.ย 
A final design of bridges and culverts and stormwater management report unless included in preliminary submission.
F.ย 
Such other approvals, variances or licenses required to be issued by any governmental agency or department having jurisdiction over the plat required for the full improvement of the plat.
A fee shall be paid with the final submission which shall be determined by the fee schedule included in Local Law. No. 12-1988.[1]
