§ 135-9 Enforcement officers.
[Amended 7-16-2009 by L.L. No. 7-2009]
The noise control requirements established by
this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Town of Colonie
Police Department and such other trained employees and/or officials
authorized by the Town Supervisor.
