A Board of Assessment Review is hereby created
to consist of five members whose terms of office shall be for a period
of five years.
The Board shall hear and determine complaints
in relation to assessments and shall have all the powers and duties
imposed by law on Boards of Review by virtue of the provisions of
§ 512 of the Real Property Tax Law and by any other law.
The Chairman and members of the Board shall
be paid for their respective services, and their compensation is to
be fixed at a later date.
