The Town Board of the Town of Perinton, Monroe County, New York hereby
authorizes the payment of expenses of applicants for employment by the Town
of Perinton or any of its duly authorized commissions, departments or special
improvement districts. These expenses may include all necessary expenses in
connection with the application or the hiring of any individual, including
moving expenses and other travel expenses incident to the person's employment,
application for employment or employment interview.
Such expenses shall be reimbursed, however, only if they have been authorized
by a resolution of the Town Board specifically authorizing such expenses prior
to the time that they are incurred.
Payment of such expenses shall be made only upon submission to the Town
Clerk on official vouchers and shall be paid after due auditing and approval
by the Town Board.
