Pursuant to Article 11 of the New York State Energy Law and in furtherance
of protecting the health, safety and welfare of its residents, the Town of
Perinton hereby adopts the State Energy Conservation Construction Code and
the rules and regulations adopted thereunder as amended or altered from time
to time.
