This chapter shall hereafter be known and cited
as the "Fee Law of the Town of Perinton."
This chapter is enacted pursuant to § 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and Chapter 30, Adoption of Local Laws, of the Town of Perinton.

This chapter shall apply to the entire area
of the Town of Perinton, excluding that area within the corporate
limits of the Village of Fairport.

It is the intention of this chapter to establish
fees to be charged by the Town Clerk, Building and Codes Department,
Recreation Commission, Department of Public Works and their employees
or agents.
