Future development plans for adjacent undeveloped
land, held by the common owner(s) of land being considered for subdivision
application approval, shall be indicated on the preliminary plan with
a sketch plan design of potential development of that adjacent area.
All subdivision and land development shall be
in conformance with the Township Comprehensive Plan, unless otherwise
agreed to by the Board of Supervisors during the subdivision and land
development review process.
