[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Meeting of
the Town of Killingworth 4-26-1966. Amendments noted where applicable.]
It is the sense of this Meeting that a generalized
public health nursing service, including school nursing, be established
until such time as these services are available through a district
department of health.
The sum of $5,635 shall be included in the budget
of the Town of Killingworth's Director of Health for the year of 1966-1967
to defray the expenses of said services and annually funds shall be
appropriated to maintain said public health nursing service.

Application for grant-in-aid shall be made by
the Director of Health to the Connecticut State Department of Public
Health, Commissioner of Public Health.

The Public Health Nursing Agency established pursuant to § 5-10 of the Town Charter shall assist in the administration of such public health nursing service.
