A. 
It shall be a violation of this article to solicit or advertise for purposes of selling or renting property or portions of property in the Town of Babylon, that such property or portions thereof that may be used for purposes which would constitute a violation of this article.
B. 
The use of any of the following phrases in a solicitation or advertisement for the purpose of selling or renting property or portions of property in the Town of Babylon shall constitute a violation of this article:
(1) 
Income producer.
(2) 
Income possible.
(3) 
Can be converted.
(4) 
Extra income possible.
(5) 
Six over three.
(6) 
Mother/daughter with new permit.
(7) 
Second kitchen.
(8) 
Separate entrance to basement.
C. 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall not be a violation of this article if such advertisement for a second kitchen or separate entrance to basement contains a caveat that zoning must be verified.
