Editor's Note: This local law also superseded
former Ch. 48, Supervisor, Deputy, adopted 1-3-1978 by resolution.
The Town Board, in accordance with § 42
of the Town Law of the State of New York, hereby establishes the position
of Deputy Supervisor, in order that the holder of said position shall
be available to act during any absence or inability of the Supervisor
to act or if said office of Supervisor should become vacant.
