Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by
a fine not exceeding $100 in amount or by imprisonment not exceeding
10 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation
is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
