A. 
Parking Area No. 1 shall be the parking area on the west side of Police Headquarters, beginning at its southwestern access from Tarrytown Road and proceeding in a northerly direction along Riley's Pond for a distance of 307 feet. Parking Area No. 1 includes the first 32 parking spaces on the western side of the Police Headquarters access road and 13 parking spaces on the eastern side of the Police Headquarters access road. Additionally included in Parking Area No. 1 are 24 parking spaces accessible from the access road to the Police Department and located in the front of the Police Headquarters building. In total, Parking Area No. 1 encompasses 69 parking spaces.

B. 
Parking Area No. 2 shall be the parking area at the north end of Police Headquarters, bordered on the east by the Justice Court building, on the north by the Route 287 Expressway exit and on the west by Riley's Pond beginning at the northern terminus of Parking Area No. 1 and extending in a northerly direction for a distance of 54 feet. In total, Parking Area No. 2 encompasses 49 parking spaces, three of which are reserved for handicapped parking.

C. 
Parking Area No. 3 shall be the parking area on the southeast side of Police Headquarters which is accessible from Tarrytown Road.

D. 
Parking Area No. 4 shall be described as the three separate parking areas at the Greenburgh Public Library, 300 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford, New York.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, except an employee of the Town of Greenburgh or an authorized visitor to the Police Department who conspicuously displays on his/her vehicle a Town of Greenburgh employee parking pass or visitor pass, to park a vehicle in Parking Area No. 1 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
B. 
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle other than an authorized police vehicle at any time in Parking Area No. 2. Exceptions to this regulation are handicapped persons, providing they display on their vehicle valid handicapped license plates or a valid handicapped parking permit; Town Justices; the Court Clerk and the Chief of the Greenburgh Branch of the Westchester County District Attorney's office or his/her designee. Vehicles parked briefly to make a delivery to either the Town Court or Police Department shall also be exempt from this regulation.
C. 
There shall be no parking at any time along the interior curbline extending north of the Police Headquarters Garage bay doors.
D. 
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle other than one operated by an employee of the Library with the authorization of the Library Director, in Parking Area No. 4 between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily.

Any motor vehicle in violation of any provision of this article may be removed, towed or conveyed by or at the direction of a police officer. The owner or operator of such vehicle shall pay any expense incurred in connection with the towing and storage of such motor vehicle as set forth in § 460-45 before it shall be released, and said expense shall be in addition to any fine imposed for a violation of this chapter.
