[Adopted 1-14-1969]
A.
This ordinance is adopted for the sole purpose of setting forth those procedures necessary for the establishment of an orderly arrangement, by chapter, article and section number, of all the existing ordinances, local laws, regulations and codes of the Town of Greenburgh, and once so established, for the maintenance of such arrangement.
B.
In order to effect such arrangement, it is necessary to assign to each existing ordinance, local law, regulation and code a chapter and, in some cases, an article number, and that the sections of such ordinances, local laws, regulations and codes must be renumbered by duly adopted amendment so that they will conform to such orderly arrangement.

Said certified copy of the ordinances, local laws and regulations of the Town of Greenburgh shall be available to all persons desiring to examine the same during office hours at the Town Hall.
Should this ordinance or any part thereof be rendered invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect the validity of any existing ordinance, local law or regulation of the Town of Greenburgh, or any amendments thereto, and all such ordinances, local laws or regulations and prior amendments thereto shall remain in full affect.
