The provisions and benefits of § 18 of the Public Officers
Law of the State of New York shall apply to all public officials and employees
of the Town of Pound Ridge, and the Town of Pound Ridge will indemnify and
hold harmless all such public officials and employees from damages, awards,
settlement costs and other costs, including legal fees as provided pursuant
to § 18 of the Public Officers Law, as may arise out of or from
the Wellspring Zendo litigation or any other litigation or claim instituted
against the Town and/or its elected officials or employees.
