Pursuant to Section 24-0501 of the New York
State Freshwater Wetlands Act (Article 24 of the New York Environmental
Conservation Law) and in accordance with 6 NYCRR 665, the Town of
Pound Ridge has developed this chapter regulating the dredging, filling,
deposition or removal of materials, the diversion or obstruction of
water flow, the placement of structures, and other uses in the ponds.
