GENERAL REFERENCES
Trespassing — See Ch. 112.
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 115.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
PARK
Any tract or parcel of land within the corporate limits of the Town of West Seneca which is either owned or leased by the Town of West Seneca and which is designed for public use as a playground, athletic field or picnic grove.
A. 
All park facilities are for the use and benefit of residents of the Town of West Seneca. Persons not residents of the Town of West Seneca are prohibited from such facilities.
B. 
All park facilities are open daily throughout the year. Closing time throughout the year is determined by sunset. All persons are to vacate the park facilities at sunset.
C. 
Alcoholic beverages may not be kept or consumed on town park facilities.
D. 
All motor vehicles are prohibited from all park facilities. For purposes of this subsection, motor vehicles shall include automobiles, motorcycles, motorbikes, minibikes and any other vehicle powered by motor.
A. 
Any person found to be in violation of the above rules and regulations shall be guilty of a violation as defined in the Penal Law of the State of New York, Section 10.00.3.
B. 
In addition to the above penalties, any person found to be in violation of the above rules and regulations shall be prohibited from further use of all park facilities in the Town of West Seneca.
Rules and regulations as prescribed in § 85-2 hereof shall be posted at entrances to town parks.
