A. 
No person shall ride any horse or other animal, vehicle, motor vehicle, motorcycle, roller skates, roller blades, bicycles, skateboards, scooters or other similar devices upon the sidewalks and grass shoulders in the Village or on the Village Green or in any way or manner drive or cause the same to be placed thereon.
B. 
No person shall ride on, use or operate any skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, scooters or similar devices upon the following sidewalks and streets from May 15 to September 15:
(1) 
Main Street from the westerly line of Beach Lane to the easterly line of Potunk Lane.
(2) 
Moneybogue Lane from the southerly side of Main Street to its southerly terminus.
(3) 
Hulse Court from the easterly line of Moneybogue Lane to the Village parking lot.
(4) 
Parlato Drive from the westerly line of Library Avenue to the Village parking lot.

A. 
No person shall place, erect or construct a bench on the sidewalks or the areas immediately adjacent to the sidewalks of the Village without first obtaining approval from the Board of Trustees. No owner or tenant of a business premises shall permit the placement, erection or construction of a bench on the sidewalks of the Village or the areas immediately adjacent to the sidewalks in front of or adjacent to said business premises without first obtaining approval from the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall only approve the placement, erection or construction of a bench or benches on Village sidewalks or the areas immediately adjacent to the sidewalks, provided that the bench or benches are located in an area that will not impede, obstruct pedestrian traffic or create a safety hazard. Any such approval shall require that the bench or benches conform to the architectural style adopted by the Village and that the bench or benches be permanently affixed to the sidewalk.
B. 
In addition to any other penalty set forth in this chapter, any bench which is placed, erected or constructed on the sidewalks of the Village or the areas immediately adjacent to the sidewalks without the approval of the Board of Trustees shall be deemed to constitute a safety hazard and shall be immediately removed by the Village.

No person shall place, erect or construct any outdoor displays of commercial goods or products on the sidewalks in front of or adjacent to any business premises except as is provided for in Chapter 140 of the Code.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of an offense against the provisions of this article shall constitute, for each day the offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
