The following financial institutions are hereby designated as depositories for moneys of the borough, and every such depository shall provide adequate security for borough deposits to comply with the requirements of the Borough Code, as amended:
A. 
Ephrata National Bank.[1]

B. 
Farmers First Bank.
The Council shall from time to time direct which of the depositories designated by § 21-1 of this chapter shall be used for each of the borough funds and the type of account to be used in each instance.
