[HISTORY: Adopted by the governing body of the Township of Little
Falls 12-18-1995 by Ord. No. 753 as Sec. 2-60 of the 1995 Revised General

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Cooperative Pricing
Ordinance of the Township of Little Falls."
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Mayor is hereby
authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with the lead agency
or any other contracting unit within the County of Passaic or adjoining counties
for the purchase of work, materials and supplies. The lead agency, as well
as the Township of Little Falls, shall be responsible for complying with the
provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and
all other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey, as
outlined in the agreement between the County of Passaic and the Township of
Little Falls.[1]
