It shall be unlawful for any owner of or for
any person who harbors any horses, cattle, chickens, ducks or other
fowl or other animals to allow or to permit any such animal to:

Any person who violates any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed to have committed an offense against
this article, and any person convicted of any such violation shall
be liable to a penalty of a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment
for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
This article shall be effective as of July 15,
1992.
