A Board of Investigators, consisting of the Town Code Enforcement Officer,
the Chief of Police, the Building Inspector and the Chairman of the Planning
and Zoning Commission, is hereby created, with the Chairman of the Planning
and Zoning Commission as Chairman.
It is hereby made the duty of said Board to enforce all provisions of
this chapter and such provisions or modifications as may be hereinafter enacted.
The Board is authorized to inspect any mobile home park and any and all facilities
at any reasonable time.
The Board is further empowered to instruct the Town Clerk to grant,
renew and revoke such licenses subject to the approval of the Town Board.
