The owner or owners of all improved property within the corporate limits
of the Town of St. Michaels, Maryland, having access to the sanitary sewer
system of said Town of St. Michaels shall make connection to said sanitary
sewer system within three years from the date of this article, and all sewage
from toilets, lavatories, urinals, sinks, and washtubs shall be discharged
into the sanitary sewer system through directly connected pipes as herein
provided.
Any person, firm or corporation owning property within the corporate
limits of St. Michaels who or which shall violate any of the
provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon
conviction, be subject to the maximum penalty provided by § 9-717
of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
