[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Commissioners (now Mayor and Council) of the Borough of Bradley Beach 6-9-1987 (Sec. 4-22 of the 1974 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
A. 
No person shall, with the purpose to hinder the apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment of another of an offense, provide false information to a law enforcement officer.
B. 
No person shall, with the purpose to hinder that person's own apprehension, prosecution, conviction or punishment, provide false information to a law enforcement officer.
The penalty for violation of this chapter shall be that penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, of the Borough Code.
