Zoning — See Ch. 250.
Any mobile home or trailer installed, placed or located on any lot or
lots situate in the Borough of Kane shall have installed thereon skirting
around the entire mobile home or trailer. Such skirting shall be of material
and design compatible to the siding of the mobile home or trailer to which
it is attached. Such skirting shall be affixed to the bottom of the mobile
home or trailer and shall extend to and contact the ground.
Such skirting shall provide sufficient ventilation to inhibit decay
and deterioration of the structure.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon
conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $300, together
with costs of prosecution, or, in default thereof, to undergo imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 30 days. Provided that each day a violation of this
chapter continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
