A.Â
District Court. Unless otherwise provided, each act
or omission that is designated as a misdemeanor by this Part 1 is
punishable by the District Court of Queen Anne's County.
B.Â
Penalty. A person who commits an act or omission designated
as a misdemeanor by this Part 1, on conviction, is subject to a fine
not exceeding $100 or imprisonment in the County jail for not more
than 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the District Court.
C.Â
Continuing violation. If an act or omission is of
a continuing nature and is persisted in, in violation of this Part
1 or any regulation adopted under this Part 1, a conviction for one
offense may not bar conviction for a continuation of the offense after
the first or any succeeding conviction.
