A. 
Location of disposal.
(1) 
Except as otherwise provided, all solid and liquid contents removed from chemical toilets, septic tanks, seepage pits, privies, private sewage treatment facilities and watertight holding tanks for septic tank effluent located in Queen Anne's County shall be disposed of by discharge into:
(a) 
The Kent Narrows/ Stevensville/ Grasonville wastewater treatment facility; or
(b) 
Another facility or site approved by the Queen Anne's County Health Department.
(2) 
The Queen Anne's County Health Department may not approve a site for discharge of septic waste material except in accordance with this Part 3.
B. 
Disposal by land application prohibited. Solid and liquid contents removed from chemical toilets, septic tanks, seepage pits, privies, private sewage treatment facilities, or watertight holding tanks for septic tank effluent may not be disposed of by land application in Queen Anne's County.
C. 
Disposal of material from outside County prohibited within County. Solid or liquid contents removed from chemical toilets, septic tanks, seepage pits, privies, private sewage treatment facilities, or watertight holding tanks outside of Queen Anne's County may not be disposed of or discharged in Queen Anne's County.
A. 
Sewerage sludge defined. "Sewerage sludge" has the meaning stated in COMAR 26.04.06.
B. 
Requirements for acceptance for treatment. Sewerage sludge may not be accepted for treatment unless the sewerage sludge:
(1) 
Complies with the definition of a Class I sewerage sludge as defined in COMAR 26.04.06; and
(2) 
Conforms with the limits imposed by the Table of Maximum Allowable Concentrations of Objectionable or Toxic Substances from Ordinance No. 70, Regulation of Sewer Use, Queen Anne's County.[1]

C. 
Pretreatment.
(1) 
Sewerage sludge that does not meet the requirements of Subsection B of this section shall be pretreated before it may be accepted.
(2) 
The sludge generator is responsible for the costs of pretreatment.
D. 
Limit on sewerage sludge from private treatment facility. No more than 4,000 gallons per month of sewerage sludge may be accepted from a private sewerage treatment facility.
