[Amended 3-13-2007 by Ord. No. 2007-02]
Prior to allowing a coin-operated machine to be installed, the owner or occupant of the premises at which the coin-operated machine is to be operated shall ensure that the coin-operated machine has a valid local business tax receipt. If the owner of the machine has not obtained a business tax receipt for said machine, it shall be the responsibility of the business owner where the machine is located or, in the case of residential properties, the property owner, to pay for and obtain the business tax receipt. The replacement of one coin-operated machine for another shall require a written notification to the City of the serial number of the machine being removed and the serial number of the replacement. No additional fee shall be charged provided the machines are of like kind and the machine that has the original tax receipt is being removed from the City.
