of Aldermen of the Town of Boonton 12-17-1990 as Sec. 5-12 of the 1990 Code. Amendments

No person shall conduct or maintain within the
Town any theater, public showhouse or moving picture house without
first having obtained a license for that purpose as hereinafter provided.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
All license fees payable under this chapter
shall be paid to the Treasurer for the purposes of the Town.
