[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Albion 5-13-1974
as Ch. 70 of the 1974 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The seal heretofore in use by the Trustees of the Village of Albion
and described as follows: consisting of two circles, one being within the
other, and between the two are the words, "The Trustees of the Village of
Albion. Incorporated 1828," and in the center of the inside circle the word
"Seal," is hereby declared to be the Corporate Seal of the Village of Albion.
The Village Clerk shall have the custody of the Village Seal and shall
carefully preserve the same in the village office and shall affix the same
to such instruments or writings as the Trustees and the laws of the state
may authorize him or her to do.
