Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 200.
No lighting company, utility company, firm, corporation, partnership, association or individual shall erect, construct or install a spot light, glare light or excessive light or fixture on any pole, post, fence or wire in the streets or lots; nor allow or permit the hanging, exhibiting and swinging of banners and flags in, upon and across and from one building to another, or on any pole, post, fence or wire in the Incorporated Village of Atlantic Beach, without the written permission of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Atlantic Beach.
A violation of this chapter shall constitute and be punishable as a misdemeanor and such violation shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $500 or by a term of imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
