GENERAL REFERENCES

It shall be unlawful for any person other than a peace officer to carry,
possess or discharge any manner of firearm, air gun, spring gun or other device
designed for or capable of hunting or killing or injuring any animal or person,
within the confines of that area of the village commonly known and demarcated
as "Cook Park."
A violation of this chapter shall be deemed an offense against the chapter,
and any person convicted of a violation after investigation and hearing shall
be liable to a penalty of not more than $250 and/or to imprisonment for not
more than 15 days for each violation.
