[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town of Wells 3-7-1981. Amendments noted

It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge firearms of
any kind or description, other than shotguns, on the east side of U.S. Route
1, except on his own property.
Any person violating § 109-1 shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than $100 plus costs of repairs to properties and administrative costs, which civil penalty shall be recovered on complaint to the use of the Town of Wells.
