Emergency response cost recovery — See Ch. 150.
There is hereby created and established the Denton Township Police Department
which shall be composed of a Police Chief and such patrolmen, detectives and
other officers and members as may be required for the proper and efficient
operation and maintenance of said Department.
The Denton Township Board shall from time to time by resolution make
and establish such rules and regulations for the governing of the employees
and officers thereof, their compensation, and for the care and management
of the motor vehicles, equipment, property and buildings pertaining thereto
as shall be necessary for the proper and efficient operation and maintenance
of the Denton Township Police Department and shall prescribe the duties of
the officers and employees thereof.
