The Township of Denton does hereby ordain, out of its concern for the public health and safety of persons and property, that after the 4th day April, A.D., 1970, in the Township of Denton, it shall be unlawful for any person to fish from any bridge comprising a part of any public road or highway within the boundaries of the Township of Denton.
Any person convicted of a violation of the prohibition against fishing from bridges in the Township of Denton established by § 162-1 hereof shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction, and proceedings shall be instituted pursuant to Chapter 38, Municipal Civil Infractions.
