As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
The process of maximizing the natural decomposition of permitted
organic matter to produce stable humus in a short time.
Composting shall be permitted in accordance
with the following restrictions:
A.
Location. Composting areas shall be located only in
rear yards a minimum of five feet from any lot line and 15 feet from
any residence located on adjacent property. Composting upon an easement
is permitted if it meets the above setback limitations.
B.
Size. Composting shall not exceed four feet in height
and shall be less than 35 square feet in area.
