No person shall consume or permit to be consumed any alcoholic beverages:
A. 
In or upon a public street, lane, sidewalk, public parking lot, public or quasi-public place or in any public conveyance.
B. 
In a private motor vehicle while same is in motion or parked in any public street, lane or public parking.
C. 
While on any private property not his own without the express permission of the owner or other person having authority to grant such permission.
D. 
While in or upon any Township park, recreation facility or parking area, and on any and all Township property.
No person shall discard alcoholic beverage containers upon any public street, lane, sidewalk, public parking lot, public or quasi-public place, Township property or upon any private property not his own without the permission of the owner.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof, and each day a violation shall continue shall be considered as a separate violation.
