The holding of bingo games or raffles by qualified
applicants, licensed pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-1
et seq., on Sunday is by this article authorized.

The Township Clerk of the Township of Burlington
is hereby authorized and delegated the authority to approve the granting
of raffle and bingo licenses to be held in the Township of Burlington.
