The Public Works Department of the Township
of Burlington is hereby designated as the enforcement official of
the Township of Burlington.

Editor's Note: Former § 520-2, Accumulation prohibited,
was repealed 8-11-2009 by Ord. No. 09-OR-016.
It is made the duty of the owner, tenant or
occupier of abutting or adjacent lands to the highways to remove all
weeds, grasses, shrubs and other material obstructing the highways,
streets and alleys of said Township.
All weeds, grasses, shrubs and other obstructions
shall be removed on or before the first days of May or September in
each year.
