[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Eatontown 7-23-1969 as Ch. 30 of the 1969 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Borough of Eatontown shall be divided into four election districts. The boundary lines of which shall be described as set forth herein.
The boundary line of Election District No. 1 shall be described as follows:
A. 
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of State Highway No. 35, or Neptune Highway as it is sometimes called, and the boundary line between the Borough of Shrewsbury and the Borough of Eatontown and running thence
(1) 
Southerly, along said center line of State Highway No. 35, or Neptune Highway as it is also known, to the brook which crosses State Highway No. 35, or Neptune Highway, immediately south of Kremer Avenue; thence
(2) 
Northeasterly, along said brook and also along boundary line of Election Districts No. 1 and No. 3 to another brook which runs in an easterly direction south of Brook Avenue and Elizabeth Parkway; thence
(3) 
Running easterly, along the last-named brook and continuing on in a straight line to the middle of Wyckoff Road opposite intersection of Meadowbrook Avenue; thence
(4) 
Northeasterly, along center line of Wyckoff Road, to the center line of Broad Street; thence
(5) 
Easterly, along the center line of Broad Street to Main Street, the dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and Borough of Oceanport; thence
(6) 
Northerly, along the boundary line between the Borough of Eatontown and Borough of Oceanport to the northerly line of Fort Monmouth Tract; thence
(7) 
Westerly and northerly along the boundary line of the government reservation known as "Fort Monmouth," be the distance what it may, to the point or place of beginning.
The boundary lines of Election District No. 2 shall be described as follows:
A. 
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of State Highway No. 35 at the dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and the Borough of New Shrewsbury and running thence
(1) 
Westerly, along Lafretras Brook along the dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and the Borough of New Shrewsbury, be the distance what it may to the center of Hope Road; thence
(2) 
Southerly, along the center line of Hope Road, be the distance what it may to its intersection with the center line of Wyckoff Road, and the dividing line between District No. 2 and District No. 4; thence
(3) 
Northerly, along the center line of Wyckoff Road and the dividing line between Districts No. 2 and No. 4 to the intersection of the center line of Grant Avenue; thence
(4) 
Northerly along the center line of Grant Avenue and along the dividing line of Districts No. 2 and No. 4, be the distance what it may to the center line of Richardson Avenue; thence
(5) 
Easterly along Richardson Avenue to the center line of South Street at an angle in South Street where the brook crosses the same; thence
(6) 
Northeasterly, along the said brook to its intersection with the center line of Neptune Highway, also known as State Highway No. 35, being along the boundary line of Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4 converge; thence
(7) 
Northerly, along the center line of Neptune Highway, and dividing line between Districts 1 and 2 to the place of beginning.
The boundary lines of Election District No. 3 shall be described as follows:
A. 
Beginning at the common corner of Districts No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the center line of Neptune Highway and running thence
(1) 
Southerly, along the center line of Neptune Highway crossing the circle and continuing in the center line of Neptune Highway be the distance what it may to Whale Pond Brook and dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and Township of Ocean; thence
(2) 
Easterly, along the dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and the Township of Ocean, be the distance what it may, to the dividing line between the Borough of West Long Branch and the Borough of Eatontown; thence
(3) 
Northerly, along the dividing line between the Borough of West Long Branch and the Borough of Eatontown to Monmouth Road; thence
(4) 
Northerly, along Monmouth Road and the dividing line between the Borough of West Long Branch and the Borough of Eatontown and also being the dividing line between the Borough of Eatontown and the Borough of Oceanport, be the distance what it may, to Broad Street; thence
(5) 
Westerly, along the center line of Broad Street to Wyckoff Road, which is the dividing line between Districts No. 1 and 3; thence
(6) 
Southwesterly along Wyckoff Road and dividing line between Districts No. 1 and 3, to a point opposite Meadowbrook Avenue; thence
(7) 
Continuing northerly, and northwesterly, along the dividing line between Districts 3 and 1, be the distance what it may, to the beginning.
The boundary lines of Election District No. 4 shall be described as follows:
A. 
Beginning at the common meeting point of Election Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the center of Neptune Highway and running thence
(1) 
Southerly, along the center line of Neptune Highway and along the dividing line between Districts No. 3 and 4, be the distance what it may, to Cranberry Brook and the dividing line between the Township of Ocean and the Borough of Eatontown and running thence
(2) 
Westerly, along the dividing line between the Township of Ocean and the Borough of Eatontown to the center line of Hope Road; thence
(3) 
Northerly, along the center line of Hope Road to its intersection with the center line of Wyckoff Road; and the dividing line between Districts No. 4 and 2; thence
(4) 
In a northeasterly, northerly and easterly direction along the dividing line between Districts 2 and 4, be the distance what it may, to the point or place of beginning.
