All persons or person owning lots in the Borough of Eatontown are hereby required to keep the same clear of all brush, dead grass and other like inflammable material.
All persons violating the provisions of this article are subject to a fine of not exceeding $100.
In addition to the penalty for violation of this article, the Borough may mail a notice to the owner of such lot to clear the same from dead grass and other like inflammable material within five days from the sending thereof, and on failure so to do the Borough shall clear the said lots of such brush, dead grass and other inflammable material and charge the expense thereof to the said owner or owners.
