It is hereby ordered and directed that all deceased
animals be removed from any public highway, street, avenue, boulevard,
lane, alley, sidewalk or other public places in the City of Albany.
It is hereby determined to be impracticable
to have the aforesaid work performed by contracts, and the Mayor is
hereby designated to have the aforesaid work performed and to sign
such agreement as may be necessary therefor.
