Pursuant to Subdivision 2 of § 90 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law,[1] the following portions of public highways within the City of Albany are declared to be main arteries of travel:
A. 
Main Avenue to its intersection with Ryckman Avenue.
B. 
Clermont Street to its intersection with Melrose Avenue.
C. 
Eileen Street at its intersection with Melrose Avenue.
D. 
Albany Riverfront Arterial Highway at its intersection with Maiden Lane.
E. 
Albany Riverfront Arterial Highway at its intersection with Columbia Street.
F. 
North Pearl Street at its intersection with Van Woert Street approach.
G. 
Lark Street at its intersection with First Street.
H. 
Lark Street at its intersection with Second Street.
I. 
Southern Boulevard at its intersection with Leighton Street.
J. 
Bertha Street at its intersection with Leedale Street.
K. 
Shaker Road at its intersection with Loudonville Road.
L. 
Rensselaer Avenue at its intersection with Loudonville Road.
