GENERAL REFERENCES
Games of chance — See Ch. 104.
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, as defined in § 476
of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, upon obtaining the required
license, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the
Town of Hurley, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 14-H of
the General Municipal Law and Article 19-B of the Executive Law and the restrictions
set forth in § 479 of the General Municipal Law.
Bingo games may be conducted on Sundays, in accordance with Article
14-H of the New York State General Municipal Law.
