GENERAL REFERENCES
Retirement incentive — See Ch. 55.
In the Village of Rockville Centre, Nassau County, New York, the annual
compensation of the Mayor, Trustees and Village Justices shall be established
in the annual budget, in accordance with New York State Village Law § 5-508.
The rate of annual compensation of the Mayor, Trustees and Village Justices of the Village of Rockville Centre as provided in § 58-1 shall take effect immediately upon the effective date of this chapter.
This chapter shall take effect April 7, 2000.
