No person shall conduct any bowling alley, shooting gallery or skating rink without first procuring an annual license therefor.

The fee for any license required by the provisions of this chapter shall be at the levels fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Rockville Centre.
It shall be unlawful to keep any premises licensed hereunder open for business at any time on Sunday or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. on any other day, with the exception that bowling alleys and skating rinks may be kept open for business from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. on weekdays and Sundays.
Any license granted under this chapter may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Mayor of the Village or by the Board of Trustees thereof if such license shall violate any of the provisions of any other ordinance of the Village or of the terms and conditions which may be imposed by the Board of Appeals[1] in connection with the granting by said Board of Appeals of a permit for the use of premises for a bowling alley.
